Technical Sprays

Scope of use: MD Special serves for the release of corroded nuts and bolts, lubrication of all friction surfaces (door locks, door and window hinges, chains, springs, tools and alike). It lubricates perfectly and protects in a preventive way against corrosion and penetrates into inaccessible places. It is suitable, in particular, for motorists.

Directions for use: apply using the attached tube from an immediate distance. Accessible places spray without the tube from a distance of c.25 cm.

Scope of use: the agent serves for the removal of oxidized and sulphide surfaces of electrical contacts. It is suitable for silver and silver-plated contacts and for contact materials made of non-ferrous metals, and, in particular, for moving contact surfaces. It prevents further fast contact oxidizing and sulphidization.

Directions for use: the agent should be sprayed on the contacts. Let it act for 5 to 10 seconds, and, then close and open the cleaned contacts several times.

Scope of use: Silicone oil in a spray suitable for use in the industry and the households for metallic and plastic part, friction, guide, spinning and rolling surface lubrication. In addition, in automotive industry, for maintenance of bicycles, chains, pivots and journals, or sewing machines, door hinges, locks, etc. It protects, preserves, increases elasticity, durability and gloss of rubber strips, seals and car bumper plastics. It separates the moulds in pressing and casting. Its properties are retained at temperatures between 30・・C below zero and 200・・C above zero, and, for a short term, at 230・・C above zero. It is resistant against oxidizing, hydrophobic and protects against humidity and freezing. It does not contain fats, oils, diluents and resins. It is suitable as a separation.

Directions for use: apply the oil using an applicator or an atomizer at all places of parts exposed to mechanical stress or treated surfaces.

Scope of use: a multi-purpose lubricating and preservation oil, suitable for use in the industry and the households, it is widely used in maintenance and repairs of cars, motorcycles, bicycles, power saws, mowing machines, ships, workshop machines - both in professional workshops or service shop and in households. 
It releases - quickly and reliably corroded bolts, nuts, pivots and hinges and suspensions
lubricates - it serves as an excellent lubricant for machine guide parts and keeps the moving parts - joints, bearings, locks, hinges - running lightly on a long-term basis
preserves - it prevents corrosion - it creates a hydrophobic thin layer, protecting reliably metallic surfaces, e. g. chrome-plated parts; worthy protection against humidity, salt, oxidizing and corrosion
protects - it drains off the ignition distributors, electrical connector connections and cables in case of automobiles, motorcycles, mowing machines and boats
cleans - polluted structural parts and tools from tar, rubber, lubricant residues

Directions for use: to be applied using the attached small tube from an immediate distance. At accessible places you can spray without the small tube from a distance of about 25 cm.
