Solid wax for fine grain snow

Scope of use: running and climbing wax ensuring a good ski rebound and running ski climbing on fine grain snow at various temperatures.

Directions for use: apply the wax on a cleaned running surface, free of wax residues and impurities. To increase wax absorption before waxing, polish the running surface over - open with Skivo brush. Apply the wax on the rebound zone and spread it over using cork. Wax is to be applied in several layers (3 to 6). The waxing resistance and the durability may be increased by the number of layers applied. Finally, polish the running surface over with Skivo towel. Likewise, it is possible to iron the waxes in (refer to the ironing in procedure in case of Skivo Paraffin product). Wax ironing in extends considerably the wax resistance and its durability on the running surface.

Scope of use: fine grain snow, at a temperature - zero °C and higher

Liquid wax ensuring good running ski rebound on a coarse grain snow

Scope of use: it ensures a good running ski rebound and climbing on coarse grain snow, i. e. wet, old, frozen onto and frozen snow or springtime firn at various temperatures.

Directions for use: apply the wax on a cleaned running surface, free of wax residues and impurities. To increase the wax absorption, before waxing, polish the running surface over - open it using Skivo Brush. Apply Clister on the running surface (climbing part) in a “fishbone” shape and spread it over along the running surface with the attached scraper or palm. For an increased Clister durability and resistance on the running surface it is recommendable to grease under all Clisters a sub-base wax, the so-called “rubber” (Skare Blue). Apply Skare in a very thin layer so that it covers the ski surface, and, subsequently, apply Clister according to current snow conditions, respectively, depending on the snow temperature. Finally, polish the running surface using Skivo Towel. Clisters may be also ironed in (refer to the ironing in process as described in case of Skivo Paraffin product). Wax ironing in prolongs considerably the wax resistance and durability on the running surface.
